The proposal came while celebrating Irit’s birthday. The two traveled to Hotel Alma and while on a walk about the area, Zachi cleverly gave Irit a bracelet so as not bring about any expectations of a ring. However, when the couple returned back to their room at the hotel, Irit was surprised to find it completely decorated with balloons and candles. In the middle of the living room stood a small mirror that was, in fact, a jewelry case. Zachi gave irit a key and inside she found a beautiful letter Zachi had written, along with an engagement ring

When it came time to plan the style of their wedding, our couple agreed on something natural looking but with a classic feel. Just by taking a quick glance at the photos , you can see that our couple of the hour has a real taste for elegance with a touch of vintage inspired feel. From the delicate cupcakes with pink pearl sprinkles, to the handmade, almost arts & craftsy feel of the signs, I can honestly say Irit and Zachi were able to expertly capture that classic retro trend we’ve all come to know and love. Looking at the whole setup with twinkling lights strung above and vases of wildflowers strewn about the tables, one is overcome with the ease and elegance of this fairy tale setup. The adorable nouveau kitsch feel is the perfect setting and style for out happy couple

The wedding took place at Hanachala, a venue that, even before decorations, was brimming with charm and ambience. It turns out that this happened to be the last place that Irit and Zachi went to check out. Before seeing the venue, they had reservations about whether they even wanted to go at all, though all their doubts melted away when they laid eyes on the location. A combination of look feel and a fantastic staff won them over. It’s clear that this spot was simply the perfect place for their big celebration.

While searching for the perfect song to play as the entrance to the chupa, Irit and Zachi stumbled upon “Zo Ota Ahava” by Arik Einstein. The two quickly connected with the song and how it speaks not only of the love a couple shares at that moment but also how it grows and changes throughout life. A perfectly fitting song to launch the ceremony. For their first dance, the couple chose, and rightfully so, simply on a song they both adored. The two chose “Tzlil Mechuvan” by Itzhak Klepter .

The party was full endless merriment and dancing, with our couple surrounded by their closest friends and family. When asked what the most memorable moment was for the couple, they described dancing a traditional Greek dance. With Zachi being half Greek, Irit felt compelled to learn the dance that his family dances at all their large events. With months of practice, Irit was able about to finally dance with her new family all together and become part of their longstanding tradition.

“Don’t bother quarreling over the little things”, says Irit and Zachi. This is the advice our couple has for others on their way to the chupa. Put all your energy just into the most important things and when the day comes, do something fun, just the two of you, and let yourself truly be in the moment. Well I couldn’t agree with them more. A simply magical wedding for a beautiful couple CONGRATULATIONS IRIT AND ZACHI! Flower Arrangement : Veronik
